Avocado Egg Burrito

AVOCADO EGG BURITO

INGREDIENTS:

     2/3 cup dry curd cottage cheese
     1/3 cup milk
     1/4 cup ketchup
     2 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
     4 10-inch flour tortillas, warmed
     1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
     6 eggs
     Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

 1- Beat together eggs, milk and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

 2- Season with salt then cook in a skillet over medium heat until scrambled.

3-  Divide scrambled eggs, avocados and cottage cheese into each warm tortilla 

4-  Then roll into a burrito.

5-  Serve warm with ketchup.

6-  Cheesy Bacon Bagel Pizza

INGREDIENTS:
    1 tbsp. butter, softened
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    5 plain bagels, halved
    1/4 kilogram cooked bacon, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-  Place bagels on a baking sheet cut side up.

2-  Top each bagel half with bacon then gravy.

3-  Sprinkle with cheese.

4-  Bake in a pre-heated oven (350 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until  cheese  
     melts.

INGREDIENTS:
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    1/2 cup crispy rice cereal squares
    1/2 cup strawberries
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    2 teaspoons coconut oil
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-  In a microwave-safe bowl, combine apple, rice cereal, coconut oil and
     cinnamon.

2-  Heat in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds or when oil has melted.

3-  Top with strawberries and walnuts.
